子福慧

溯源鲜食,回归璞真

子福慧,是由“绅士主厨”之称的名厨周子洋先生亲自主理。餐厅名字取自自身名字的“子”,再取“福”、“慧”二字的寓意美好而创建了子福慧品牌。子福慧做的是高端私宴定制,主打粤菜,秉承只选用最新鲜的原料、运用最细致的烹饪技巧展现菜品魅力的理念,将打造“高水准待客空间”进行到底。


Zifuhui is personally managed by Mr. Zhou Ziyang, a famous chef known as "gentleman Chef". The name of the restaurant comes from its own name "Zi", and then takes the meaning of "Fu" and "Hui" to create the brand of "Zi Fuhui". Zifuhui is engaged in high-end private banquet customization, focusing on Cantonese cuisine. Adhering to the concept of using only the freshest raw materials and the most meticulous cooking skills to show the charm of dishes, zifuhui will build a "high-level hospitality space" to the end.


设计师一改往日其他高端餐厅一味拼豪华奢侈环境的调性,为子福慧融入了更安静的品味,和大道至简的底蕴。在这个空间中,使用了清水混凝土板、艺术肌理漆、不锈钢仿铜、木格栅等材料,拒绝了刻意的装饰,也有意拒绝了中式风格。就像清水混凝土本身传达出来的纯净,木格栅所表达的温暖,我们期望空间是长久甚至永恒的,是可以让人期待和依靠的地方。从建筑出发,用建构的方式去组织功能空间,空间呈现出丰富的层次感与立面效果,使中国的天地山水中的无形语言,生成空间本身的气质。艺术品陈设在宁静的空间中有意更加大胆,大胆的红色绘画、雕塑,也在安静当中带来生机。


The designer changed the traditional high-end restaurants to match the luxury and luxury environment, and integrated the quieter taste and the simple details of the avenue for zifuhui. In this space, the use of clear water concrete slab, artistic texture paint, stainless steel imitation copper, wooden grid and other materials, refused deliberate decoration, but also deliberately refused Chinese style. Just like the pure concrete itself, the warmth expressed by wooden grid, we expect that space is long-term or even eternal, and it is a place to be expected and relied on. From the perspective of architecture, the functional space is organized by the way of construction. The space presents rich sense of hierarchy and facade effect, which makes the invisible language in the landscape of heaven and earth in China, and creates the temperament of space itself. Art furnishings are intended to be bolder in the quiet space. Bold red paintings and sculptures also bring vitality to the quiet.

 

包间的命名,为道、为母、为布、为釜、为和、为君、为子母牛、为大舆、为文、为家、为智,均取自《易经说卦传》。承中国道家“五行八卦”此消彼长,相辅相成的大道之源。如主厨的风格一样,善于捕捉食材最极致的口感,以不繁琐的手法烹饪。设计师只是在空间中稍加点缀,即呈现了环境、厨师与菜品的和谐统一。


The name of the private room is Dao, mu, Bu, Fu, he, Jun, Zi and Niu, Dayu, Wen, Jia and Zhi, all of which are taken from Shuogua Zhuan in the book of changes. It is the source of the five elements and eight trigrams of Chinese Taoism. Like the chef's style, he is good at capturing the ultimate taste of food materials and cooking in a non cumbersome way. The designer just adds a little embellishment in the space, which shows the harmonious unity of environment, chef and dishes.

 

以建筑空间和艺术形体为骨架,用建筑的手法建构空间,打造现代美作,还原子福慧“高水准待客空间”之本心:溯源鲜食,回归璞真。


With architectural space and artistic form as the framework, the space is constructed with architectural techniques to create modern beauty works and return to Fuhui's original intention of "high-level hospitality space": tracing the source of fresh food and returning to simplicity.
