拾久—拾起久远的味道,久远味道是儿时家的味道,有烟囱、漏光的屋顶、阳光、树叶、剪影.....湖畔拾久,在蓝色港湾的繁华中取静,京菜新做,将所有被遗忘的好奇心捡回,把北京老味道藏在烹煮者制作的佳肴里,唤醒所有生锈的感官。

Pick up the long-standing flavor. The remote flavor is the flavor of childhood home. There are chimneys, leaky roofs, sunshine, leaves, silhouettes... The lakeside takes a quiet place in the prosperity of the blue harbor. Beijing cuisine is newly made. All the forgotten curiosity is picked up, and the old Beijing flavor road is hidden in the delicacies made by the cooks to awaken all rusty senses.

从第一个拾久厂房式的设计,到现在更新升级的湖畔拾久,我们再一次对建筑进行重构,用建筑师Kerry Hill的手法解构建筑,在蓝色港湾的湖畔新建拾久。

From the first factory building design to the upgraded lakeside, we have reconstructed the building again, deconstructed the building in the way of architect Kerry Hill, and built a new one on the lakeside of blue harbor.

东方美学中,设计讲求和而不同。拾久餐厅的清水混凝土外立面,内敛淡然,灯光的运用下,建筑的形态肌理显现,浑然散发先锋设计的高级气场。外立面开窗以红色为灵魂,在黑夜的灯光里释放温馨,建筑也有了儿时房屋的记忆。

整间餐厅充斥着丰富的、历史化的简单元素。故宫的红色,莹润的琉璃,让空间变得更有北京味和吸引力。中央吧台区,设计师用玻璃砖和艺术肌理漆纵横阡陌,特殊材料所带出强烈的风格特色,粗砺与精致交错,为空间的赋予丰富的可能性:白天在自然光下两种材质呈现虚实之趣,晚间,中央吧台琉璃砖由内浸润出温暖静谧的光。明与暗,虚与实,呼吸式流转,从不同用餐区看过来,或是不同时间来用餐,景与境皆不尽相同。落地大窗把公园的景色搬入室内,模糊餐厅与自然环境的边界,希望能激发空间活力,回归传统的、充满生机的生活。二层利用建筑本身的坡屋顶,包间以中式院落为灵感而来,设计了茶台、壁炉,把过去的记忆,家的味道用现代的方式表现出来。

In oriental aesthetics, design emphasizes harmony but not uniformity. The fair faced concrete facade of Shijiu restaurant is introverted and indifferent. With the use of lighting, the shape and texture of the building are revealed, which exudes the advanced aura of avant-garde design. The windows on the facade take red as the soul, release warmth in the light of the night, and the building also has the memory of childhood houses.


The whole restaurant is full of rich, historical and simple elements. The red color of the Forbidden City and the crystal glaze make the space more Beijing flavor and attractive. In the central bar area, the designers use glass bricks and artistic texture paint to crisscross the fields. The special materials bring out strong style characteristics, rough and exquisite, which give the space rich possibilities: in the daytime, the two materials present the interest of virtual and real under the natural light, and at night, the glass bricks of the central bar infiltrate warm and quiet light from inside. Light and dark, virtual and real, breathing circulation, from different dining areas, or at different times to eat, the scenery and environment are not the same. The large windows bring the scenery of the park into the room, blurring the boundary between the restaurant and the natural environment, hoping to stimulate the vitality of the space and return to the traditional and vigorous life. The second floor uses the sloping roof of the building itself, and the private rooms are inspired by the Chinese courtyard. The tea table and fireplace are designed to show the memory of the past and the taste of home in a modern way.

不破不立,设计师重建了部分结构,在宏大空间内设计了不同的层次,地下一层为艺术品鉴区的空间概念,设计简洁,加以艺术品点缀其间,宛如艺术馆。楼梯做了一个金属旋转的形式,扶摇而上,移步换景,连通一层空间。楼梯的色彩是质感的铜色,点缀其间的艺术品,挺立空间内,本身就是一件美学雕塑品。整体质感饱满,一以贯之,令空间极富张力。

The designer rebuilt part of the structure and designed different levels in the grand space. The underground floor is the space concept of art appreciation area. The design is simple, and the art is embellished in it, just like an art museum. The staircase is in the form of a metal rotation, which is rocked up and changes scenery step by step, connecting a layer of space. The color of the stairs is copper in texture, and the artwork interspersed with it is an aesthetic sculpture in itself. The overall texture is full and consistent, which makes the space extremely tense.

拾久对于食物的态度,深深根植于北京千年的独特气质,东方神韵于内,形意不拘一格;而空间的设计亦是如此,非对称布局之中,中式、西式元素圆融组合,令每一食刻皆不凡,真正演绎了食境合一的现代餐饮空间趋势。

Shijiu's attitude towards food is deeply rooted in the unique temperament of Beijing for thousands of years. The oriental charm is inside, and the form and meaning are not limited to one pattern. In the asymmetric layout, the harmonious combination of Chinese and Western elements makes every food moment extraordinary, which truly demonstrates the modern dining space trend of food and environment integration.
