粤菜，有纳百川的根基，善取各家之所长，为我所用，常学常新。鑫粤彩是刘道华建筑设计事务所，对当代设计美学的移植，结合广东人灵活多变的发散性思维方式，触类旁通打造的新粤菜生活方式。位于人流量大的三环边，品牌整体形象需要传达得直接、明朗。设计师将原本零散、无序的老式建筑风格整体革新，利用当代的造型空间与灯光效果，烘托出整体化的时尚外立面形象。简约直白的商务风，传达出粤菜海鲜的新鲜与明快。平铺直叙的玻璃窗里就餐区的景致，与凹面墙体设计，在简约之中增添了休闲互动的体验感。 一层靠近窗户的就餐位外又设置景观软遮挡，隔开了停车区杂乱的视觉效果。每个细节都彰显着设计的用心。

Cantonese food is good at taking the advantages of all kinds of cuisine, to develop and refresh. Xinyuecai is a new Cantonese cuisine lifestyle created by LDH architectural design office, which is based on the transplantation of contemporary design aesthetics and flexible divergent thinking mode of Cantonese.Located in busy district with large traffic, the overall image needs to be conveyed directly and clearly. The designer innovates the original disordered architecture into a whole, and uses the contemporary idea with lighting effect to set off the overall fashion facade.The straightforward business style conveys the freshness and brightness of Cantonese seafood.The dining area in the flat glass window with the design of concave surface add a sense of interaction. On the first floor, the dining space close to the window is set with soft landscape shelter to separate the disordered visual of the parking area. Every detail shows the intention of the design.

进入餐厅，可以感受到建筑手法从室外到室内的延申。设计师利用柱体的穿插，将室内室外，楼上楼下整体连接，呈现出通透却内敛的品质格调。正入眼帘的服务台兼顾水吧台的功能，背景是定制的喷泉造型的写意雕塑，搭配底座的雾化水池，隐喻餐厅粤菜海鲜新鲜灵动的主题特色。楼梯侧面的几何造型墙面，是对建筑原本旧墙体的加固改造。利用原本的窗洞，更换了彩色钢化玻璃，将真假玻璃窗相结合，概念性的解决方案，即遮挡了窗外原本不协调的景致，又能透光，增强趣味性。深木色商务墙体，变得透气又灵动。 

Architectural skills are extended from outdoor to indoor.Interspersed columns are built in, as connections of upstairs and downstairs, presenting a transparent but restrained style.Reception at the front takes the function of a bar counter. The background is a custom-made freehand sculpture in the shape of a fountain, with an atomized pool on the base, which metaphorically represents the theme characteristics of fresh and flexible.The geometric wall on the side of the stairs reinforced and transformed the original wall of the building. The original windows are changed by tempered colorful glasses. The innovative solution not only blocked the original incongruous scenery outside the window, but also transmitted light and enhanced interest. The deep wood color wall becomes breathable and flexible.

此设计的一大亮点就是对空间美学的整体把握了，每个细节都有多种可欣赏的角度。服务台上方正对的楼道墙面也是镂空的透景设计，真正做到一步一景，多元并包。让粤菜的灵动多元，自然流入了客人的活动动线。为打造餐厅的安逸度与美学空间节奏，鑫粤彩的设计中有许多更具体验感的设计善意。在楼梯的尽头和二层楼道的尽头，均布置了可供休息停留的休闲沙发，从室外到室内，从楼下到楼上，为移步的顾客提供一个停顿的节奏点，修整进入下一个空间。配合餐饮品牌新鲜多元特色的同时，也避免了铺得过满而产生的审美疲劳。一层服务台对面的小卡间，是一本展开的书造型。本着常学常新的发散性思维，在角落里加入的些许小文艺气息，将丰富的文化底蕴以清新化形式展现。 

Spacial aesthetics of architecture are managed well in this design and becomes one of the highlights. Each detail has a variety of unique and lovely angles. Cantonese style of flexibility and diversity are combined naturally in customers’ movement. At the end of the stairs and the corridors, sofas are arranged for rest. From outdoor to indoor, from downstairs to upstairs, they provide a pause rhythm point for customers, then entering the next space, avoided aesthetic fatigue. The wall of the booth near the reception is an opened book. In line with the divergent thinking of constant learning and innovation, a little bit of literary atmosphere is added in the corner to show the rich cultural heritage freshly.
